Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Editing Begins

If you request cancellation before editing work has started, you may be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.

After Editing Begins

Once editing work has started, a full refund may no longer be available.

Any refund consideration will take into account the amount of work already completed.

After Final Delivery

Because video editing is a customized digital service, refunds are generally not available after the completed video has been delivered merely because the customer changes their mind.

However, if the delivered service materially fails to meet the agreed project requirements, customers should contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

We may, depending on the circumstances:

Correct the issue;
Provide a reasonable revision;
Re-edit the affected portion;
Offer another appropriate resolution.
Revision Requests

Where revisions are included in the purchased service, revision requests should generally be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery of the initial edited version.

Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, the refund is generally submitted within 3–5 business days.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

A refund may generally not be available where:

The customer changes their mind after substantial work has begun;
The customer does not provide required materials;
The customer provides incorrect or incomplete instructions;
The customer fails to review the delivered project within the applicable review period;
The customer requests work outside the original service scope;
The customer has already received and accepted the completed service.
