Digital Video Editing Service Delivery Policy
Because Jacquelynn Visuals LLC provides digital video editing services, no physical shipping is required.
- Service Availability
Our video editing services are available to customers in the United States and internationally, subject to our ability to receive the necessary digital files and provide the requested service.
- When Processing Begins
Processing generally begins within 1–2 business days after:
Payment has been successfully completed;
Required video files have been received;
Editing instructions have been received;
Any required reference materials have been provided.
3. Standard Completion Time
Most standard video editing projects are generally completed within 3–7 business days after all required materials have been received.
Complex projects may require additional time.
- Customer-Caused Delays
The estimated completion period may be extended if:
Required files are missing;
Uploaded files are corrupted;
Instructions are incomplete;
Customer requests substantial changes;
Additional materials are required;
Customer does not respond to clarification requests.
5. Final Delivery
Completed videos are generally delivered electronically within 1 business day after the final editing work is completed.

Download link
File-sharing service
Other suitable digital delivery methods
6. Download Period
Customers should download completed files promptly.
Unless otherwise agreed, project files may be removed approximately 30 days after final delivery.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies.
