No. All standard services purchased through our website are one-time purchases. We do not automatically enroll customers in recurring subscriptions.

Yes. Our digital video editing services are available to customers in the United States and internationally.

Most standard projects are completed within 3–7 business days after all required files and instructions have been received.

How long does a refund take?

Do I own my original videos?
Yes. You generally retain ownership of your original content, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
Can I send copyrighted music or footage?
You should only provide content that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use. You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted materials do not infringe third-party rights.
Do you guarantee that my video will go viral?
No. Video editing services do not guarantee views, followers, sales, engagement, advertising performance, or other business results.
How long do you keep my project files?
Project files may generally be removed approximately 30 days after final delivery, so customers should download and back up their completed files.
